When they say motherhood is the most exhausting, challenging and yet most rewarding experience, they are not kidding.

It's almost the end of March, and I'm finally here in front of the computer to start or attempt to blog again.  How fast time has flown by and it is crazy to think that Ciel is already 3 months!!!

Sometimes, just for fun I would look at all the photos I have taken since she was born and only to  realize she has grown quite a bit from that first day she came into the world.  It makes me teary eye to think that time is slipping by and before we know it, she's all walking and getting into mischief of sorts!

And then, sometimes I think about what life would have been had I chose a different path. One without marriage, husband and even child but instead, chose career, great financial increase and status.  Life would have been different.  Very different.

On days that are hard and discouraging, I love Elder Holland's talk, "Because She Is A Mother", where he had said:

You are doing God’s work. You are doing it wonderfully well. He is blessing you and He will bless you, even—no, especially—when your days and your nights may be the most challenging. Like the woman who anonymously, meekly, perhaps even with hesitation and some embarrassment, fought her way through the crowd just to touch the hem of the Master’s garment, so Christ will say to the women who worry and wonder and sometimes weep over their responsibility as mothers, “Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.”  And it will make your children whole as well.

My heart is full.
